Aite, except for that cheesy no homo back to back studio portrait pose at the very end of this video - I LURVE. And honestly, while I wouldn't mind - fuck a billion. I wouldn't even know what to do with that kinda money. I just want to be able to take care of my family for the rest of their lives, donate to a few charities, and do something nice for my friends.
P.S. Travie, I love you.

It seems like you've made a repeat reader outta me, to some degree. Every now and again you say something that I find to be extremely relevant that more people gloss over than I feel comfortable with. And, I think this post includes one of those important ideas:
"Fuck a billion."
I was actually laying down to sleep a week and ago on a Saturday at 2am, and outside my window I heard some young guys lighting up outside singing this song. It wasn't the previously mentioned components that I've mentioned so far that necessarily bothered me: they weren't terrible singers, I can sleep through trains rolling by, and the song is okay.
What got me was this serious, almost hopelessly desperate quality in their voices as they were singing the line "I wanna be a billionaire, so fucking bad."
It agitated me a lot due, partially, to some of the reasoning you included in your post. Mainly, it's selfish--nobody really needs so much, and I think the fact that people do is directly and indirectly related to the fact that many people barely have enough.
Anyway. I'm possibly passionate about this idea =P. I basically just wanted to highlight the significance of that statement, highlight the wisdom in it, and give you kudos for it.
whenever me and my friends talk about winning the lottery they always ask, "would you take the lump sum or get it yearly." they always go for yearly, when i choose the former. their reasoning is always TAXES. "man they take away hella!" of course. because 38 million ain't shit to 30 million. ok really? REALLY? give me ONE million i'll be just fine with that lol.
thnx for stopping by, hopefully i can keep writing shit that'll make you come back!
